In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (art. 94 of the Regulation) and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we are obliged to process the personal data provided by Users securely and only for the specified purposes.

Sarmis International, a Romanian legal entity, is a personal data controller, which carries out commercial activities, including MLM ("multilevel marketing") type, consisting of: sales of specific products or packages, network collaborations aimed at improving marketing, obtaining prizes and income in the form of commissions resulting from the sale of products, conducting product presentation trainings, information, guidance for new collaborators, etc.
This document describes the information we process to provide and support our products, collaborations and related services (marketing, advertising, courier, etc.) as well as how they can access and delete the information we collect from you.
Information collected
We collect information about the products – which you can buy directly or by courier; your capacity as an employee, consumer, collaborator or founding member, as well as the services we offer to employees, clients and collaborators (presentation training, advertisements, advertising of any type, information, participation in events, sales commissions, information, relations with travel agencies, conclusion and execution of contracts (including employment contracts), as well as the technical possibilities at our disposal, e.g. diagnosing problems with our servers.
In carrying out our activity, we use the following data: name and surname, address, delivery address, date of birth, contact telephone number, e-mail, or special data, such as the CNP identification code, biometric data (facial images, recordings video or audio during various events that you choose to participate with us or for us) which are subject to special protection measures and which will help us to offer you products in accordance with your requirements.We also use, with your consent, biometric or health-related data in advertisements, filmed or audio-recorded presentation events, online conferences, etc.
Use of personal data
We ask you, before placing an order or entering our activity system, to read this information carefully, since placing an order or entering the system by completing the specific form implies your knowledge and agreement regarding the purposes and conditions of use of your personal data. We will keep any personal information you wish to provide us, contained in the consent (registration) form attached to this policy or displayed on the site in the backoffice or in another document addressed to us, considering that we have your express consent.
The data will be used to send you the products by courier, to give you access to certain product promotions, to register you in the system as a new collaborator, to prepare sales invoices, to provide you with information - by phone, by e-mail (newsletter) or SMS, to guide you when you need it, to facilitate the collection of commissions and to respond to any request or complaint that you address to us, as well as for other purposes related to or arising from them.
In order to improve the services and products we offer you, we automatically process and record the content (frequency of views, actions, information about your account and authentication, billing, delivery and contact data, etc.) and communications of the data you provide to us and we prepare opinion surveys. This automation process does not affect you in any way, it is very useful to you to the extent that we can offer you for sale products similar to those you have purchased or that you have not yet learned about.
Since the specific nature of our MLM activity is the recommendation regarding entry into the system, the collaborators who recommended you operate your data in order to offer you, upon request, collaborations and guidance. For this purpose, unless you decide otherwise and inform us in this regard, we may provide your data to the partners who are most suitable for you (those who recommended you or those previously registered with them in the system, who form the guidance team). Their role is to support your collaboration, upon request, with the effect of the optimal functioning of the system, so that all collaborators can collect benefits (e.g. commissions) and help you develop your business.
When registering in the system, we ask each new partner to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of current and future collaborators with whom they come into contact and to use them only for the purposes for which they were entrusted by the company.
We do not collect personal data, regardless of the specified purpose, from minors over 13 years of age except with the express consent of their legal representatives.
For any type of collaboration, your consent is required regarding the processing of your personal data, through the registration form displayed on the site and the "Collaborator/Contract Registration Form", for the purposes resulting from this document. The two forms complement each other, together constituting consent for the processing of personal data.
Your personal data will also be used to provide you with our products, including advertisements, flyers and for use by courier services.
We collaborate with courier services based on contracts concluded with specialized companies, which contain express clauses in this regard.
Your data may also be used in situations where we have a legitimate interest in contexts created by and in relation to you, such as, for example, defending the rights we have in our relationship with you.
The public cannot have access to your data.
Data distribution
Your data may be transmitted to partners who support our activity, including – indicatively but not limited to – courier services, accounting, human resources, legal, IT, banks, ITM, occupational medicine, ANAF, the Ministry of Finance (e.g., for the payment of commissions outside the country and taxes to the countries of origin of collaborators), printing houses for printing presentation leaflets or diplomas, travel agencies, hotels and other spaces used for accommodation, conferences or other events, as well as to interested authorities, upon request, in order to protect public interests (regarding health, public safety, etc.) and our employees.
It is good to know that we have a legal obligation to transmit information to law enforcement agencies or in response to legal requests.
To support you, we also transmit data to partners in our group of companies and subject them to certain restrictions and strict controls on how our partners can use your data. The restrictions and controls are detailed in our data security policy.
Cookie Policy.
When you have browsed the internet you have probably come across the term “cookie”. Some websites have informed you about their use or your internet browser has provided you with some settings in this regard.
In general, cookies are used to identify the user, to check their past activity on that site and to provide specific content based on this data.
This identification is extremely useful especially on websites where real-time user data is critical. For example, when you use an online sales site, you would not be able to buy anything without the help of cookies. Stores would not be able to identify you and assign you a shopping cart without them because, every time you load a new page, the store would consider you a new user and create a new cart.

Sarmis International non si assume alcuna responsabilità per i collaboratori che entrano in possesso dei dati personali di altri collaboratori per scopi diversi da quelli necessari e concordati e li utilizzano per scopi diversi da quelli stabiliti da essa, descritti nel presente documento.
